Prior to beginning each estimate, the estimating team meets to review and discuss any issues relating to the estimate, in order to achieve a complete understanding of the scope. The Project Manager is involved with developing the budget and has an intimate knowledge of the project from the start. All scope issues are later addressed at the time of the estimate to prevent any unexpected costs from being presented at a later date.

The estimating staff follows an organized and structured system. We have the ability to breakdown the estimate in a variety of systems tailored to the requested schedule of values. The estimates are a solid starting point for the project and to begin preparing a detailed schedule for construction.
